We aim for excellence in every aspect of your experience with us, from the materials and fabrics used, to our manufacture and installation practices. However, from time to time, things do go wrong. We have a proud track record of remedying product or installation defects in a timely manner.
Warranty on workmanship
Warranty on materials
With a focus on using only premium materials, these typically come with robust and relatively long-dated warranties. The vast majority of the fabrics we use enjoy a minimum of 10 year manufacturer’s warranties. Powder coating comes with 10 or 15 year warranties. Motorisation technology carry either a 5 or 7 year warranty.
