UV stable PTFE Thread. Any other thread simply doesn’t cut it.
Perimeter stainless steel wire. Our shade sails have stainless steel wire, crimped at each corner to support optimal tensioning of the shade sail, reducing the potential for sag in the belly of the shade.
Poles and fixings. Fundamental to a successful shade sail installation is knowing that whatever it is fixed to can support the load. Appropriate engineering is vital.
Our shade sail installations are rated to withstand wind forces up to Gale force.
All our fixings are made of marine grade 300-series stainless steel.
Each Lidgard shade sail enjoys a 5 year warranty on workmanship; a 10 year warranty on materials.
