We have a proud track record of remedying product or installation defects in a timely manner.
We stand by our quality workmanship and depending on the product type, we warmly extend warranties on workmanship for a minimum of 2 years, up to 10 years.
With a focus on using only premium materials, these typically come with robust and relatively long-dated warranties. The vast majority of the fabrics we use enjoy a minimum of 10 year manufacturer’s warranties. Powder coating comes with 10 or 15 year warranties. Motorisation technology carry either a 5 or 7 year warranty.
