The Ra awning provides to scope to cover a really wide area. It’s maximum width of 13792mm and maximum extension of 4000mm means this awning can provide up to 50sqm of shade.
Ra awning hardware comes in three standard colours – warm white pearl, silver pearl and matt charcoal. We can powder coat to any colour in the Dulux powder coating colour range for an additional charge.
While the working parts of the awning are exposed, this need not be an issue if it is mounted under an eave or where the weather won’t get at it. There is the option to add a hood or custom flashing to provide weather protection as well.
Size Options. Minimum width x extension of 1890mm x 1500mm, maximum width x extension of 13792mm x 4000mm.
Automated or Manual options available. Manually operated with a crank handle or automated with remote control, lateral arm awnings are versatile and easy to use, winding in and out with ease to allow you to respond quickly to changing weather conditions.
Wind or motion sensors may also be installed on automated awnings and protect the awning from damage in severe weather conditions.
High quality aluminium and stainless steel fixings. Beware cheap substitutes with rust-prone steel finishes!
May be fitted with a Hood for additional weather protection. This works particularly well when the awning is located above a roof line.
A range of fabric options. Awnings are most commonly covered with a hard wearing, UV stable acrylic canvas. We are also able to use exterior mesh or architectural PVCs.
Wall, soffit or roof mounted with ready-made or custom brackets to suit every situation.
Powder coating: our awning frames comes in three standard colours: Warm White Pearl, Silver Pearl or Matt Charcoal. Custom powder coating to any colour in the Dulux Duralloy coating range is available also.
Awning pitch can be set between 0 and 40 degrees.
Each Lidgard retractable awning enjoys a 5 year warranty on workmanship, 7 years on automation, 10 year warranty on materials.
